Applies a 3D effect to the Chart as a whole. (Not available for all Chart styles.)

Either syntax below can be used in component script:

glossyEffect          // unqualified
Chart1.glossyEffect   // qualified

For onInit/onRefresh scripts, and for component and property scripts on other components, the second (qualified) form is required.
